Prerequisites: Students should have successfully completed prior courses in 金融 (FIN351 Corporate 金融, FIN156 Basic 金融) and have a good knowledge of Economics and Financial Accounting.
DESCRIPTION
This course is structured as a sequel to FIN 351 Corporate 金融 I where students will gain greater ground in their understanding of corporate finance. Students will be introduced to the principles of Capital Structure, Dividend Policy and Working Capital management, Ratio Analysis and understand the real world considerations that financial managers face.
Unless prior approval has been given (or registration approved by ISP coordinator), this course should not be taken concurrently with FIN351 or FIN156.
Corvinus University of Budapest awards credits based on the ECTS system (2 ECTS credits equals 1 U.S. credit therefore, 6 ECTS credits is equivalent to 3 U.S. credits). At Corvinus University of Budapest, all classes meet for a minimum of 180 minutes per week.
